Moxion aimed to leverage existing architecture to develop a new portable energy storage product that would achieve significant market traction and establish the company as a market leader in temporary power segment.



Solution

I led the product and market definition efforts for this next-gen offering. Taking an application-driven approach, I identified and validated high-growth, high-margin segments—such as construction, events, EV charging, telecom, and film. By deeply understanding user workflows and operational pain points, I shaped a product strategy focused on differentiation through:


  • Portability and ruggedness

  • Peak power delivery and energy capacity

  • Ease of service and maintenance

  • Safety and compliance

  • A user-friendly, intuitive Human-Machine Interface (HMI), which I owned end-to-end


This solution-focused design ensured the product not only stood out in a competitive space but also delivered real value to field operators and buyers at the targer price
